The terms, in plain language.
This is the plain-language summary shown before you apply. The full executed agreement is what governs, and you receive a copy to sign as part of approval — if the two ever disagree, the executed agreement wins.
What you earn
10% on every order a referred client places, from your first, calculated on products only, after discounts, and never on tax, shipping or added fees. That rate rises with your own referred sales volume across 13 ranks, to 32% at the top published rank. Volume is counted over a rolling 30 days, on the same product subtotal the commission is paid on.
Which rank applies to an order is decided at the moment the order is placed, and it moves in both directions — it rises as your volume grows and eases back if it falls. Commissions already booked keep the rate they were booked at, whichever way you move afterwards.

Ranks come from your own sales, and nothing else
Your rank is earned only on sales made by the clients you refer. There are no sub-partners, no downline, no override commissions, and nothing whatsoever is paid for recruiting another partner — not a bonus, not a rank credit, not a share of what anyone else sells.
If someone tells you this program pays for signing people up, they are describing a different program. It does not, and it will not.
Attribution
Your personal code and link set a 30-day cookie, and the relationship binds to the client’s account when they order. The window is rolling 30 days and refreshes each time they come back through you. You may not refer yourself or your own household.
Payment
PayPal or bank transfer, net-30. Commissions clear after the refund and chargeback window, then pay out once your cleared balance reaches $50 — below that it rolls forward. Your first commission is held 45 days. Refunds and chargebacks are clawed back against future earnings. You are responsible for your own taxes; a W-9 or W-8BEN is required before payment.
Taking your earnings as store credit
Instead of cash you may settle a payout as credit on the store you refer to, and we add 5% for doing it. Credit spends like money there and does not expire. It goes into the account you have confirmed as yours, which is why that confirmation is required first.
Two conditions. Converting is final — credit cannot be turned back into cash. And it is still income: the whole amount, the 5% included, is reported on your 1099 at full value, so you may owe tax on money you took as credit rather than cash. Choosing it is entirely optional; the cash payout is always available instead.
You hold an account on the store as well
Being approved creates an account for you on the store you refer to, using this same email address, so that referrals and commissions can be tracked against it. That account is yours and is subject to that store’s own terms, privacy policy and entry acknowledgements — the three statements you confirmed when you applied, including that you are 21 or older.
So this agreement is not the only one that binds you. You agree to the terms of both sites: these program terms, and the store’s terms as they apply to your account there and to anything you say about what it sells. Where the two speak to the same thing, the stricter one applies.
Your channels are yours
The accounts, channels and profiles you post from are yours. You are responsible for following each platform’s rules and for making the disclosure they require, and for keeping the accounts themselves in good standing.
If a platform suspends, restricts, demonetizes or closes an account you promote from, that is not something PPP Partners is responsible for — not the account, not the audience, and not the earnings you expected from it. Commissions already cleared are still paid. This does not limit what we are answerable for in our own conduct; it means a platform’s decision about your account is a matter between you and that platform.
How you may promote
You must disclose that your link is a paid referral every time — “#ad”, “paid partner”, or equivalent. You may not make medical, health, therapeutic, or outcome claims of any kind; may not promise or imply earnings to recruit others; may not bid on the store’s brand terms in paid search; and may not use cookie-stuffing, coupon injection, or unattributed redirects.
Ending it
Either side may end the arrangement at any time. Violations run warning → content removal → termination with forfeiture of unpaid commissions. Commissions already cleared and approved at the time of an ordinary termination are still paid.
What this is not
This is a referral program — not employment, not a partnership in the legal sense, and not a guarantee of earnings. The rates above are the terms we pay on. What is illustrative is every projection — the calculator, the worked examples, any figure describing what a book might be worth. We do not forecast earnings, and what you actually earn depends entirely on what the clients you refer choose to do.
