What we hold, and why.

We collect what it takes to pay you correctly and legally, and close to nothing else. This page says exactly what that is in the order you would want to read it.

Effective 21 September 2026

Who this covers

PPP Partners LLC operates this site and the referral program it describes. This page is about the people in that program — applicants and partners. If you are a shopper who bought something from the store a partner referred you to, that is a different company with its own privacy policy, and this page is not it.

What we collect

Only what the program cannot run without, and all of it from you directly:

When you apply — your name, email address, the PayPal address you want to be paid at, and the platforms and handles you intend to post on. We ask for the handles so that attribution and compliance review have something concrete to look at.

Your tax form — a W-9 or W-8BEN: legal name, any business name, address, your taxpayer identification number, and your typed signature. A W-8BEN also asks for date of birth and treaty country, because the form itself requires them. We cannot pay anyone without this.

While you are a partner — the referrals, commissions, and payouts in your ledger. Those records are produced by the program rather than supplied by you.

Your taxpayer ID is handled differently from everything else

It is encrypted before it is stored, and it is never sent back out — not to this site, not to an administrator, not into a log. Once you have submitted it, the only part of it anyone can see, including us, is the last four digits. It is decrypted at tax-filing time and nowhere else.

What we do not do

This site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing here reports your visit to anyone. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to: the single cookie we set appears when you sign in, identifies your session, and does nothing else.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising — under the California definitions of those words or any other. We have never done either and the site is not built to.

Email we send you, and how to stop it

There is no mailing list here and nothing to subscribe to. We only ever write to an address someone typed into our own application form, and only about that person’s own account. We have never bought, rented, imported or appended an address, and there is exactly one way to become a recipient: apply to the program yourself.

Account messages — a sign-in link you asked for, confirmation that your application arrived, its outcome, commissions recorded against you, and payouts requested or sent. These come with holding a partner account, in the same way a bank statement does.

Reminders — at most a few: that we still need your tax form, that your link has not been used yet, or that people are clicking it. Every one of these carries an unsubscribe link, it takes one click, and turning them off changes nothing else about your account.

We send no marketing campaigns, no newsletters, and no promotions for the store you refer to. If you want to stop everything, close your partner account from your dashboard settings and we will write to you no further. Bounces and spam complaints are acted on automatically: a hard bounce or a complaint suppresses that address permanently and we do not try it again.

Who else sees it

A short and complete list:

The store you refer to — a separate company, which runs the attribution and holds the commission ledger. It receives what it needs to credit your referrals and calculate what you are owed.

PayPal — the address we send your money to.

The IRS — the tax reporting your form exists for.

Our hosting and email providers — they carry the data in the ordinary course of running a website and delivering the mail we send you. They do not get to use it for anything else.

Beyond that, only if the law requires it. We do not hand your details to marketers, data brokers, or other partners.

How long we keep it

Tax and payment records for as long as tax rules require us to be able to produce them, which is several years after the payments they document. Application details for as long as you are a partner. If you are not approved, or you leave, we delete what we are not required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. If you are in California, those rights come with the CCPA and CPRA, along with the right not to be treated worse for exercising them — which we would not do in any case.

There is a limit worth stating plainly rather than burying: we cannot delete tax and payment records we are legally required to retain, and we cannot pay you without a tax form. Deleting everything therefore means ending the partnership.

Ask by emailing [email protected]. A person answers, and we will not make you prove anything beyond that you are who you say you are.

Security

Sign-in is a link sent to your email, so there is no password here to be stolen or reused. Your session cookie cannot be read by scripts. Your taxpayer ID is encrypted as described above. Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit.

No one can promise perfect security. What we can say is that we have deliberately kept very little, which is the only protection that never fails.

Changes, and how to reach us

If this policy changes materially we will tell partners by email rather than quietly editing the page. Questions, requests, or anything that looks wrong: [email protected].

The program terms are in the partner agreement.
